FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are your Cozumel tours private?
Yes. Our tours are private for your group, so you can enjoy Cozumel at your own pace. We can adjust the day around your interests, whether you want beaches, snorkeling, local food, sightseeing or a little of everything.
Will we get back to our cruise ship on time?
Yes. We plan your tour around your ship’s schedule and allow plenty of time to return to your cruise pier. We want you to enjoy your day in Cozumel without worrying about the clock.
Where will we meet our guide in Cozumel?
Your meeting location depends on which cruise pier your ship uses. We will provide clear meeting instructions before your tour so you know exactly where to go after leaving the cruise terminal.
Can we customize our Cozumel tour?
Absolutely. Private tours give you the flexibility to spend more time at the places you enjoy and skip stops that don’t interest you. Tell us what you would like to experience, and we can help plan a day that fits your group.
What should we bring on our tour?
We recommend comfortable clothing, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, your phone or camera, and anything you normally bring for a beach day. If you plan to snorkel or swim, bring a swimsuit and towel. We will let you know if your specific tour requires anything additional.
Are food, drinks and snorkeling included?
It depends on the tour you choose. Some of our tours include lunch, drinks, snorkeling equipment or attraction admission, while others allow you to choose what you want to do along the way. Check the details of your specific tour or contact us if you have questions about what is included.
What happens if our cruise ship does not dock in Cozumel?
If your cruise ship misses Cozumel for any reason, you will receive a refund of your payment or, if applicable, you can move your booking to a future cruise date. We understand that cruise itinerary changes are outside of your control, so you won’t lose your payment if your ship doesn’t make it to Cozumel.
What is your cancellation policy?
Plans change, and we understand. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your tour receive a full refund, minus applicable credit card fees of no more than 3%. For cancellations within 48 hours, up to $99 is forfeited and any remaining amount paid is refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour forfeit the full amount paid.
